Group Leader: Diego Arango

During the year 2018 we have made significant contributions towards the understanding of the role of Myosin VI and Protein Kinase N in the oncogenic process of colon and gastric tumors, respectively, and two of our PhD students have defended their doctoral work on these topics. We have also reported the characterization of the complex mechanisms of inactivation of the tumor suppressor gene RHOA in colorectal cancer.
